Protect your information
Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens or private conversations. Remove sensitive details from screenshots.
Subscriptions and restoration
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. Use Restore Purchases in the Lim paywall while signed in to the Lim and Apple accounts used for the purchase. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles payment and refund requests.
Account and privacy
To permanently delete your Lim account, open Settings → Privacy → Account, privacy & deletion → Delete Lim account. The request may finish asynchronously. Deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription, delete a shared sign-in identity used by another app, or remove events already saved in an external calendar. To stop future product analytics on this iPhone, open the privacy opt-out link supplied by support. For access, correction, export, analytics deletion, or another privacy request, contact support with the installation reference shown in Lim.
