Control device permissions, connected services, AI processing, privacy requests, and deletion of your Lim account.
Device permissions
You can change microphone, photos, notifications, and calendar permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Lim will continue to work without permissions that are not required for the feature you choose.
AI processing
Before sending your messages, voice recordings, photos you submit for AI review or relevant account context to OpenAI through Supabase, Lim asks your explicit permission. Without it, the assistant is not activated. You can go back, read the legal documents and, when signed in, access account, deletion and subscription controls without activating AI. This version does not offer a manual planner without AI.
To withdraw permission, open Settings → Privacy → Privacy & Data → Withdraw AI processing authorization. The pause blocks new AI requests for your account, including scheduled AI follow-ups, after the server confirms; it then signs you out of this iPhone. If the connection fails, the pause stays pending for retry and scheduled AI may continue until confirmation. It does not recall content already sent or guarantee cancellation of processing in progress.
Pausing AI does not delete your data or existing agenda items, cancel a subscription or disconnect an optional calendar integration. Manage these separately. See the Privacy Policy for provider retention and the distinction between AI permission, account deletion and connected-service controls.
Connected services
You can disconnect Google Calendar from Lim. WhatsApp connection controls are not available in the first iOS release; contact privacy support to manage or disconnect a link established during testing. You can also manage or revoke the connection directly with the relevant provider. Disconnecting stops future access but does not delete information already stored by that provider.
Minimal product analytics
Only if you enable Allow usage analytics in Settings → Privacy → Privacy & Data, Lim uses Mixpanel for app opens, onboarding start/completion and screen flow, and views of Timeline, Notes and Messages. A random installation reference and technical delivery/session identifiers link events on one installation, without linking to a Lim account or across devices. These analytics are disabled by default and require a separate, optional choice, independent of AI authorization, Terms and subscription. Before that choice the app does not initialize Mixpanel or send events. Earlier events are not replayed. You can disable future collection immediately in the same in-app control, without contacting support or losing access. For access/deletion of older events, contact pull.notifications.app@gmail.com with the installation reference shown in Lim.
Delete your Lim account
In Lim, open Settings → Privacy → Account, privacy & deletion → Delete Lim account. Deletion permanently removes Lim account content from active systems after the request is processed. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, delete a shared sign-in identity used by another app, or remove events already written to an external calendar.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, portability, objection, restriction, or deletion requests that cannot be completed in the app, contact pull.notifications.app@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
